They are awesome and very professional. Cody is amazing! He has taken care of our house a few times and he is very polite and always speaks to us politely and gives us advice. And every time we have a question he gives us a very clear explanation. He is a great engineer who does a great job. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to these guys by my dad, he said they did really good work for him. They made it out same day even though it's the middle of a heatwave and I know they're probably really busy. The technician was friendly with me, fixed it quick and I got a fair price. And he happily answered all my annoying questions. I'd definitely use these guys again (although hopefully I don't have to)

Steve Hester & Son responded to our call for help the same day we called. We had duct work under the house causing so much moisture that the wood floor in a bedroom had totally buckled up 3 to 4 inches. After a complete review of the problem they gave us a quote less than half the amount of the company that installed and maintained the unit. The employees were very pleasant and enjoyable. We also changed our maintenance plan to this company.

They answered all of my texts and calls quickly, and they were very patient with my many questions.
